Shipping & Delivery Times
- We say for usual mail order’s ‘Please allow up to 28 days for delivery…’ but in practice orders usually take about 7-10 days to arrive, depending upon the country of destination.
- Long distance deliveries to places like Australia and New Zealand take about three weeks to arrive on average.

- When returning products, please ensure that you include your name and address.
- Postage costs made by you for returning faulty &/or defective goods will be refunded to you in full.
- Postage costs for any other returns back to us, other than faulty goods, are the responsibility of the customer.
